  • EDSRDXS UV bonding glue equips with 3W 395nm UV light, which is 0.35oz, 10ml. It is a low-viscosity, high-strength and UV-curable modified acrylate adhesive. This UV glue has a viscosity of 450 to 550 CPS, and is transparent colorless liquid.
  • Our UV bonding & welding glue provides excellent adhesion to plastics, specially allows you to bond PC, PMMA, PET and PS (not including PP), also to bond any glass, metal materials together. Ideal for fixing worn phone cords, broken household items, arts & crafts, jewelry making, laminating decals and much more.
  • The 3W 395nm UV lamp equipped with high-quality LED lamp head has super bright light and emits a strong beam. Under this light, the glue can be cured within 30-40s. Before using, the bonding surface must be dusted, oiled and dried. To ensure that the UV lamp is fully irradiated, one of the surfaces to be bonded is transparent material.
  • After curing, this glue dries clear and humidity without whitening. Once fully cured it can be sanded or painted after it is hardened. It is waterproof and withstands extreme temperatures of -22°F to 275°F (-30°C to 135°C). Very suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
  • EDSRDUS UV glue is made of environmental friendly materials. There is no strong odor after curing. The glue is sensitive to light, so it needs to be stored in a cool and dry place below 77°F (25°C). The validity period is 12 months.
  • Note 1:The surface is first sanded dusted, degreased, and dried when in use to create a rough surface for best adhesion, and enough space between the two pieces for the UV rays to reach all the adhesives, if the UV rays cannot reach the adhesive The mixture will affect the final bonding effect.
  • Note 2:UV bonding glue is recommended to cure under UV light (slow cure in sunlight). A 220-260nm light source aids in surface curing. The curing rate, the final curing depth and the surface drying effect are related to the UV light source, the lighting time, and the light transmittance of the material.
