Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Paintora. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our order processing, shipping fees, estimated delivery times, tracking procedures, address requirements, and the handling of delayed, missing, or restricted shipments.

By placing an order through Paintora, you agree to the terms of this policy, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, sales events, seasonal demand, supplier delays, inventory verification, or additional order review, processing may take up to 5 business days or longer in exceptional circumstances.

Order processing time is separate from estimated transit and delivery time.

After placing an order, customers will generally receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A shipping confirmation email after the order has been dispatched

  • Tracking information when available from the carrier

An order confirmation means that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.

Paintora reserves the right to review, cancel, or limit an order before shipment where reasonably necessary because of inventory errors, pricing errors, payment concerns, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, product availability, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If a paid order is canceled by Paintora before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Shipping Fee

Paintora charges a flat shipping fee of:

$6.90 per order

The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, original shipping fees are non-refundable after an order has been shipped.

If products from the same order are shipped separately, customers will not normally be charged an additional standard shipping fee for each separate package.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, remote-area surcharges, or other government and carrier charges are not included in the standard shipping fee unless expressly stated.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are generally:

United States: 5–10 business days

International destinations, when available: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • The delivery destination

  • Product availability

  • The carrier and shipping service used

  • Package size or weight

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal demand

  • Carrier network delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Import procedures

  • Natural disasters

  • Public emergencies

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Restrictions applying to certain art materials

Business days generally exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

A delivery estimate shown on a product page, during checkout, in an order confirmation, or in a shipping notification is an estimate unless it is expressly identified as a guaranteed delivery commitment.

4. Shipping Delays

Paintora makes reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframes presented to the customer.

If we become aware that an order cannot be shipped within the stated or legally applicable shipment period, we may:

  • Notify the customer of the delay

  • Provide a revised estimated shipment date

  • Request the customer’s agreement to the delay

  • Offer the customer the option to cancel the affected order

  • Cancel and refund the unshipped order where appropriate

Approved refunds for canceled and unshipped orders will be issued to the original payment method.

Paintora is not responsible for delays caused solely by events outside our reasonable control. However, this provision does not remove any cancellation, notification, refund, or other obligation imposed by applicable law.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking information is generally provided after an order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping notification is issued. Depending on the carrier, it may take several business days for the first tracking scan or movement update to appear.

A lack of an immediate tracking update does not necessarily mean that the package has not been transferred for shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the tracking information and delivery status after shipment.

If tracking has not updated for an unusually long period, contact:

Email: abroylwviaxorle@gmail.com

Please include your order number and tracking number.

6. Shipping Carriers and Fulfillment Partners

Paintora may use carriers and delivery partners such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Regional delivery companies

  • Local postal services

  • Third-party fulfillment and logistics providers

The carrier is selected based on factors such as the product, delivery destination, package size, shipping restrictions, availability, and service requirements.

Customers cannot always select or change the carrier used for an order.

The final portion of an international shipment may be completed by the destination country’s local postal service or another local carrier.

7. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be divided into separate shipments.

This may occur when:

  • Products are stored at different fulfillment locations

  • Products have different processing times

  • Products require different packaging

  • Certain products are subject to different carrier requirements

  • Part of the order is temporarily unavailable

Separate packages may arrive on different dates and may have different tracking numbers.

A partial shipment does not necessarily mean that products are missing from the order. Customers should review all shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers before reporting an incomplete delivery.

No additional standard shipping fee will normally be charged solely because Paintora divides an order into multiple shipments.

8. Restricted and Regulated Art Materials

Certain art supplies may be classified or treated as restricted, regulated, hazardous, combustible, flammable, pressurized, liquid, chemical, or otherwise unsuitable for particular shipping services.

These products may include certain:

  • Paints and paint-related products

  • Solvents and cleaners

  • Aerosol products

  • Spray paints and fixatives

  • Alcohol-based markers or inks

  • Resin products

  • Adhesives and glues

  • Varnishes and sealants

  • Dyes and pigments

  • Powders and casting materials

  • Products containing pressurized containers

  • Products containing flammable or combustible ingredients

Depending on the product, quantity, destination, carrier, and applicable rules:

  • Ground shipping may be required.

  • Expedited or air shipping may be unavailable.

  • Delivery may take longer than the standard estimate.

  • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, PO boxes, or remote areas may be restricted.

  • International shipping may be unavailable.

  • Additional packaging or labeling may be required.

  • The product may need to be removed from the order.

The availability of a product on the website does not guarantee that it can be legally or safely shipped to every address.

If a product cannot be shipped to the customer’s address, Paintora may contact the customer, remove the restricted product, cancel the affected portion of the order, or cancel the entire order where necessary.

Any amount paid for a product canceled before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers must not request that Paintora provide inaccurate product descriptions, customs declarations, shipping labels, or hazardous-material information.

9. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

The shipping information should include:

  • The recipient’s full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment, suite, building, or unit number

  • City

  • State or province

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Country

  • Valid telephone number, when requested

  • Valid email address

Customers should review all information carefully before submitting an order.

Paintora is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, misdelivery, or return-to-sender costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

10. Address Changes and Order Modifications

Address changes and order modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.

Contact:

Email: abroylwviaxorle@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The current shipping address

  • The requested shipping address

  • A clear description of any other requested change

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change can be completed.

Once an order enters processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment, Paintora may be unable to:

  • Change the shipping address

  • Change the recipient

  • Change the product or variation

  • Add or remove products

  • Combine separate orders

  • Cancel the shipment

For security reasons, Paintora may require order verification before approving a significant address change.

Customers should not rely on an email request as confirmation that an address has been updated. A change is effective only after Paintora confirms it.

11. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • A missing apartment or unit number

  • An invalid postal code

  • An inaccessible delivery location

  • A refused delivery

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Failure to respond to a carrier

  • Another customer-related delivery issue

Paintora may, depending on the circumstances, offer:

  • Reshipment after payment of additional shipping and handling charges

  • A refund of the eligible product amount after the package is returned and inspected

Original shipping fees, return shipping charges, carrier surcharges, customs charges, and other costs incurred because of an address or delivery issue may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Reshipment is subject to product availability, carrier acceptance, and payment of any applicable additional costs.

12. PO Boxes, Military Addresses, and Remote Locations

Some products or carriers may not support delivery to:

  • PO boxes

  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

  • U.S. territories

  • Remote or rural locations

  • Freight-forwarding addresses

  • Parcel forwarding services

  • Certain islands or restricted regions

Large products, liquids, aerosols, chemicals, or regulated products may require a physical street address.

If the provided address cannot be serviced, Paintora may request an alternative address or cancel and refund the affected products.

Additional delivery time may be required for military, territorial, remote, or rural addresses.

13. International Shipping

International shipping is available only where it is offered during checkout.

International customers are responsible for reviewing the import requirements of their destination before ordering.

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties

  • Customs taxes

  • Value-added tax

  • Brokerage fees

  • Inspection fees

  • Local carrier charges

  • Product restrictions

  • Customs delays

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product price or Paintora’s standard shipping fee.

The customer is generally responsible for charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, carrier, or other government agency.

Paintora does not control customs assessments or customs processing time.

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, unclaimed, rejected by customs, or returned because the customer did not pay applicable charges, an eligible refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and other expenses incurred, where permitted by law.

Certain art materials cannot be shipped internationally and may be canceled from the order.

14. Customs Information

Customers must provide accurate information required for customs clearance.

Paintora will describe products and declare shipment values in accordance with applicable requirements.

We cannot:

  • Mark a commercial order as a gift when it is not a gift

  • Declare an artificially reduced value

  • Provide a false product description

  • Misclassify restricted or regulated products

  • Guarantee that a package will avoid customs charges or inspection

Customers are responsible for responding promptly to customs authorities or carriers when additional information, identification, payment, or documentation is requested.

15. Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed:

  1. Review the most recent tracking information.

  2. Allow additional time when the carrier reports weather, customs, operational, or seasonal delays.

  3. Contact the carrier if the tracking information directs you to do so.

  4. Contact Paintora if the package has not moved for an unusually long period.

Paintora may assist by reviewing tracking information or contacting the fulfillment or shipping provider.

A delayed package does not automatically qualify for an immediate refund while it remains in transit, except where cancellation or refund rights apply under applicable law.

16. Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost only after the carrier, fulfillment provider, or Paintora determines that it is no longer reasonably expected to be delivered.

Before a lost-package resolution is provided, Paintora may require:

  • Confirmation of the shipping address

  • A carrier investigation

  • A reasonable investigation period

  • Written confirmation from the customer

  • Completion of a carrier claim

  • Additional supporting documentation

Depending on the circumstances, product availability, carrier findings, and applicable law, Paintora may provide:

  • A replacement

  • Reshipment

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • Another appropriate remedy

Submitting a lost-package report does not automatically guarantee a specific resolution.

17. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should:

  1. Check the mailbox, porch, entrance, garage, reception desk, mailroom, parcel locker, side door, and other possible delivery locations.

  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel whether they accepted the package.

  3. Confirm that the shipping address on the order is correct.

  4. Review any delivery photograph or proof of delivery.

  5. Contact the carrier for delivery details.

  6. Contact Paintora with the order number and the carrier’s response.

Carrier delivery confirmation is evidence that delivery occurred, but Paintora may review the circumstances where appropriate.

Paintora will provide reasonable assistance with a carrier or fulfillment investigation. However, a replacement or refund is not automatically guaranteed when tracking confirms delivery to the address provided with the order.

Loss, theft, damage, or disappearance occurring after proper delivery may need to be reported to the carrier, property manager, local authorities, insurance provider, or another appropriate party.

This section does not limit any remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

18. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries

Refusing delivery does not automatically cancel an order or guarantee a full refund.

If a refused or unclaimed package is returned to a designated return location, Paintora will review the package after receipt.

Any eligible refund may exclude:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Carrier surcharges

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Handling costs caused by the refusal or failure to collect

No refund will normally be processed before the returned package is received and evaluated, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers should contact Paintora before refusing a shipment whenever possible.

19. Damaged Shipping Packages

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

If a package or product arrives visibly damaged:

  • Photograph the unopened package before opening it.

  • Photograph the shipping label.

  • Photograph the external and internal packaging.

  • Photograph the damaged product and all included components.

  • Keep the product and packaging materials.

  • Contact Paintora within 7 days after delivery.

Contact:

Email: abroylwviaxorle@gmail.com

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.

Do not discard, repair, use, or return a damaged product until instructions have been provided.

Damage claims are reviewed under Paintora’s Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

20. Product Availability

Products may become unavailable after an order is placed because of:

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Supplier shortages

  • Damage discovered during fulfillment

  • Product discontinuation

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Listing or system errors

  • Changes in fulfillment availability

If a product is unavailable, Paintora may:

  • Contact the customer

  • Ship available products separately

  • Offer an appropriate substitute with the customer’s agreement

  • Cancel the unavailable product

  • Cancel the entire order where necessary

Paintora will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

Amounts paid for products canceled before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method.

21. Delivery Attempts and Signature Requirements

Some orders may require a signature because of:

  • Product value

  • Package size

  • Carrier requirements

  • Delivery location

  • Fraud-prevention procedures

  • Shipping restrictions

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making reasonable arrangements to receive the package.

Carriers may return packages after unsuccessful delivery attempts or after the package remains unclaimed for the carrier’s holding period.

Paintora cannot guarantee that a carrier will honor requests to leave a package unattended, change the delivery date, or deliver to an alternative location.

22. Freight Forwarders and Package Forwarding Services

When a customer chooses to send an order to a freight forwarder, reshipping company, hotel, commercial mail receiver, or other third-party forwarding location, delivery to that location may be treated as delivery to the address selected by the customer.

Paintora does not control the handling, storage, repackaging, customs declaration, export, or onward transportation performed by the forwarding service.

Claims concerning loss or damage occurring after documented delivery to the forwarding location may need to be pursued with the forwarding provider.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

23. Refunds for Shipping Issues

Refunds related to shipping issues will be handled in accordance with:

  • This Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Paintora’s Return & Refund Policy

  • The circumstances of the order

  • Carrier investigation results

  • Applicable law

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

The time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

24. Policy Updates

Paintora may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically to reflect changes in our operations, carrier services, available destinations, or applicable requirements.

The policy applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed, unless a later version provides the customer with more favorable terms or a change is required by law.

25. Applicable Rights

This policy is intended to describe Paintora’s standard shipping and delivery procedures.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or waives any consumer right, refund right, remedy, warranty, or legal obligation that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived.

If a provision of this policy conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
