Paintora charges a flat shipping fee of $6.90 per order. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import charges are not included unless otherwise stated during checkout.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods, sales events, or inventory reviews.

How long will delivery take?

Estimated delivery after shipment is generally 5–10 business days within the United States. International delivery, when available, usually takes 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or shipping restrictions.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched. Tracking activity may take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. A return request must be approved before the product is sent back. Opened or used paints, inks, clay, resin, adhesives, and other consumable materials may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
